Beginner Programs

With BOLD's Beginner and Beginner + Programs, you'll learn the foundations of cycling to become a confident rider. You'll develop the skills necessary to flow through trails will ease and confidence. These classes are not about speed, it’s about skill development and intentional riding.

Experience a group lesson where we'll focus on foundational skills in a controlled environment. We'll ride mostly green trails and some blue trails.

You'll learn bike handling and safety, brake control, cornering, terrain awareness, and trail scanning. We'll teach you the skills to climb and descend with efficiency and smoothness, and you'll learn how to overcome small obstacles like roots and rocks.

This is a supportive, no-pressure environment where questions are encouraged, progress is celebrated, and strong foundations are built properly.

Lessons are limited to 6 participants and ages 18+.

Riding in the Forest

This season we have a variety of specific programs that are 4 to 6 weeks in length. All classes are e-mtb friendly.
