That first glorious ride of the season...sun's out, trails are dry, and you're ready to shred. But a few minutes in, reality hits: panting, burning legs, and the realization that your off-season wasn't quite as active as you'd hoped. Sound familiar?


Many Kelowna mountain bikers face this early-season struggle with stamina and endurance. But this year, West Kelowna CrossFit and Bold MTB Coaching are teaming up to help you ditch the panting and enjoy riding the trails.


Join our weekly dry-land training program designed specifically for mountain bikers of all levels. Whether you've done this before or just starting out, our drop-in classes are $30 on Thursdays from 6:45-7:45 pm. Grab your spot on Eventbrite link here and get ready to ride stronger than ever!
