Meet Valiente Fitness. Crystal's passion for getting and keeping bodies moving is apparent in her yoga classes and in her personal training sessions!
​
In this session we will explore our bodies, where we get stuck and how to increase our mobility where we need it as well as when and how to strengthen the muscles used in Mountain biking. Strength and stability are essential, as well as the ability to be flexy!
Crystal has spent her adult life studying various styles of movement and biomechanics. From her own practice and training in body building and Competition, her interest in sharing it with others grew. Leading her to complete her training in Natural Nutrition with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition earning herself the title of Holistic Nutritionist.
She is a certified personal trainer, Yoga instructor with experience teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, restorative and Yin. She completed her training with Dr Stuart McGill for her Backfitpro Clinician training and is passionate about putting her knowledge to good use helping others.
