5:30-6:15 is Bike Fit Class with Katie Hauck.
At this workshop, Katie Hauck (Physiotherapist and Certified Bike Fitter) will walk you through how your bike position directly affects how your body holds up on the climbs. From knee pain and lower back fatigue to saddle discomfort and hand numbness that builds over a long day in the hills.
6:30-8:30pm Lesson begins.
If you cannot make the bike fit session come for 6:30pm!
Location: Predator Ridge Trail Network, Vernon
Terrain focus: Granite rock rolls, moderate descents, flowing singletrack, scenic climbs
Why Predator Ridge?
Predator Ridge mimics Kal Park's open, exposed, dry Okanagan character, granite rock features, loose-over-hard dirt, and punchy climbs. It's the ideal starting point to establish foundational skills in a forgiving but realistic environment.
